Description
The pigment Cobalt Blue Hue is a vivid shade of blue that closely resembles the genuine Cobalt Blue pigment. Cobalt Blue was initially discovered in 1802 by Th??nard, a French chemist, as a replacement for the costly Lapis Lazuli blue pigment.
