Cobalt Blue Hue
Description
Cobalt Blue Hue is a clean blue pigment that closely resembles the color of genuine Cobalt Blue. The original Cobalt Blue pigment was discovered in 1802 by the French chemist Th??nard as a more affordable alternative to the expensive Lapis Lazuli blue pigment.
