What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Phoenix Artist Paints? Can I mix colors and series?
Our MOQ varies by product series to ensure production efficiency while offering flexibility for wholesalers. For Acrylic paints, the minimum is typically 50 liters per color; for Oil and Watercolour paints, it is 30 liters per color. Mixed colors and mixed series (Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour) are welcome.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order? What are the sample fees and shipping process?
Yes, we strongly recommend requesting samples to test quality before bulk purchase. Samples of existing products are available upon request. For new or custom products, we require a signed new project development form. Sample fees will be calculated based on actual costs and can usually be deducted from future bulk orders. We will provide a clear quote including shipping costs (via express courier) once we receive your requirements. Samples are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
What international certifications do Phoenix Artist Paints hold? Are they suitable for schools, children’s art programs, and compliant with EU/US import standards?
Phoenix Artist Paints meet high international safety and quality standards. Many of our products are certified with CE, AP (Non-Toxic), ASTM D-4236, and EN71, making them safe for schools, children’s art education, and professional use. We also comply with relevant EU and US import regulations. Full certification details are available upon request.
What material are the paint tubes and containers made of? What common sizes are available?
We offer a variety of packaging options to meet different needs: - Most tubes and bottles are made of PE (Polyethylene) for flexibility and durability. - Premium options use Aluminum tubes with protective inner coating to prevent leakage and corrosion. Common sizes include 40ml, 60ml, 120ml, and 200ml tubes, as well as sets and larger bulk containers. Larger tubes (120ml+) are particularly cost-effective for studios and teaching institutions.
How is the pigment load, lightfastness, and stability of Phoenix Oil, Acrylic, and Watercolour paints? Are they suitable for professional teaching and long-term use?
Phoenix Artist Paints are formulated with high pigment concentration for rich color, excellent tinting strength, and smooth, creamy consistency. Lightfastness and durability vary by color, with ratings clearly marked in our color charts and technical datasheets. Pls see more details by our catalogue.

For standard colors, the production lead time is approximately 50 days after order confirmation and deposit.
